One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may only hold one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of those accounts may be closed and bonuses will not be refunded.

Accurate Information Required

When registering an account, players must provide their real name, contact number, and payment details accurately. Accounts registered with incorrect information may have withdrawals blocked.

Password Protection

Players must not share their account login details with any other person. may9vip is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account by another person. Keeping your account secure is the player's own responsibility.

Account Suspension and Closure

• Multiple secondary accounts found during verification

Methods and Minimum Amounts

At may9vip, you can deposit and withdraw using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is 20,000 Ks.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, there may be cases where processing takes longer due to verification procedures or financial compliance checks.

Withdrawal Conditions

Players must first meet the required turnover amount set as the wagering requirement for any bonus before a withdrawal can be made. Bonus-related winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been completed (see Section 4 for details).

Exchange Rates and Fees

may9vip does not charge any fees for processing deposits or withdrawals. However, any fees or charges applied by the player's bank or money transfer service are the player's own responsibility.

Welcome Bonus Terms

The may9vip welcome bonus gives you up to 150% of your first deposit amount, capped at 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus-related funds, you must complete a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.

Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 50,000 Ks. You must wager 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. Deposit 280,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you 480,000 Ks; you must wager 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks before withdrawal.

Bonus Expiry

If a player does not complete the wagering requirement within 7 days of depositing, the bonus may be cancelled. Bonuses cannot be shared with, transferred to, or cashed out by any player.

VIP Cashback Program

VIP tiers are Bronze (up to 0.2% per week), Silver (up to 0.5% per week), Gold (up to 0.8% per week), and Platinum (up to 1.0% per week). Players can move up tiers based on their play activity and eligibility. Cashback is received as a cash amount and can be withdrawn after meeting the additional wagering requirement.

Referral Program

The referrer receives a bonus of 5% of the referred player's first deposit, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per person. In addition, the referrer earns a weekly commission of 0.3% of the referred player's eligible net deposit amount.

Games Eligible for Bonus Play

Bonus funds can only be used on designated games on the platform. If betting patterns that violate policy are detected — such as live betting arbitrage or combining games to hedge a bonus — the bonus may be cancelled.

Advertised Game Types

may9vip offers slots, live casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, crash games, and cockfighting. Football betting, including MNL, EPL, UEFA, FIFA, and AFF markets, is available within the limits of our service terms.
